ORDER INSPECTION DOES NOT include review of any of the following: design quality issues, design sizing, or designs where the letters are too small to stick. We often times don't know how a design will print/cure until it is printed

Same-Day Local Pick-Up Details:
- Order Deadline: Place your order by 12 PM, Monday to Friday (holidays not included) for same-day pick-up.
- Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions.
- Location:Address: 2900 Katy Hockley Cut Off STE A111, Katy, TX 77493.

- Same Day Shipping if ordered before 12pm CST. All orders are shipped via UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 1-4 business days after the order ships.
- UPS is the preferred shipping option. Postal service lags and multiple problems have occurred when shipped USPS

Upload Requirements
You MUST size your own Image. The selected sheet is Printable area
Example: If you upload a 8"x8" image on a 11.7"x12" order, you will get a 8"x8" print.
We do not resize your image. Check your size that it is correct to the size you order.
Computer Monitors display in RGB, DTF is printed in CMYK some colors will differ from the displayed color on the monitor

•All Images Must be 300DPI or Higher for best Print quality
•The image MUST have a transparent background.
•DTF can not print Neon Colors, example safety green, neon yellow etc.
•All colors are printed in CYMK.
•Some Pantone colors may not be printed exactly as expected.
•Avoid this red RGB (255,0,0), will be printed as orange.
•DTF printers use white ink so WHITE backgrounds will be printed
•Make sure your designs are not pixelated. Bad input will result in a bad output.
•Upload your designs in the exact color as they should be printed.
•Artwork Files must be in PNG format
•Print Time on each order is Same Day to 1 Day to Process
