You must upload the correct image size. You MUST SIZE your own Image to the size you want printed.

Example: If you upload a 4"x 4" image on a 11.7"x12" or 22"x24" order, you will get a 4"x4" print.

•Upload your designs in CMYK as they are printed in CMYK. If you upload in RGB the colors will change as they are printed in CMYK.
