• You must upload the correct image size. You MUST SIZE your own Image to the size you want printed.

• Example: If you upload a 4"x 4" image on a 11.7"x12" or 22"x24" order, you will get a 4"x4" print.

• We do not resize your image. Check your size that it is correct to the size you order.

•These are Cold Peel Transfers 

•Images must be correct size of selected print

•All Images Must be 300DPI or Higher for best Print quality

•Backgrounds will be printed if they are not Transparent 

•Print Time on each order is 1 Business Day to Process

•UPS Shipping Times are 2-5 days to deliver

•Shipping in Texas is Usually 1 day transit time UPS, 2-3 days USPS

•Not responsible for images uploaded in low quality or images outside to safe lines on the upload screen

•Images that need background removed will incur a $15 additional charge to remove

•All colors are printed with the CMYK water based inks. 

•Some Pantone colors may not be printed exactly as expected.

•Avoid this red RGB (255,0,0), will be printed as orange.

•DTF printers use white ink so WHITE backgrounds will be printed

•Make sure your designs are not pixelated. Bad input will result in a bad output.

•Upload your designs in the exact color as they should be printed.
