Thin Lines For DTF Printing : text under 8 pt lines will not print. under 60% transparency will not print. below 20% micro distressed textures tiny reverse details will not print. DTF may print the line but the underbase will not print and because of that the wash durability and consistency drop fast.

Semi-Transparent Design Limits (VERY important for DTF)DTF does NOT print true transparency like screen printing or DTG. RIP software converts transparency into halftones/dither patterns plus white underbase. Minimum Opacity Recommendations Transparency Level Result 0–20% opacity Usually disappears. 25–50% Risky/inconsistent. 50-60% Minimum usable. 60–100%Best vibrancy
